These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 2jbeet (hereinafter "2jbeet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting services accessible via the 2jbeet website and any related mobile or web application.

By accessing the 2jbeet platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotional activity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. To register and maintain a 2jbeet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 2jbeet strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any player found to be under the minimum age threshold will have their account immediately suspended, all funds returned, and the account permanently closed.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under any legal restriction that prohibits you from gambling or accessing online gaming services.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 2jbeet platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide to 2jbeet must be complete, current, and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete details during or after registration is a breach of this Agreement.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement with 2jbeet or any other gaming platform to which 2jbeet is party. Attempting to register or reactivate an account while under self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms.

2jbeet reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player at any time and to request supporting documentation for identity, age, residence, or payment method verification as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory resolution.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 2jbeet account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes generated or delivered in connection with your account.

2jbeet will never request your account password under any circumstances — not via live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 2jbeet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Your obligations with respect to account security include, but are not limited to:

• Selecting a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered.
• Not sharing your account login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying 2jbeet immediately upon discovery of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

In the event that you share your credentials or permit a third party to access your account — whether intentionally or through negligence — 2jbeet accepts no liability for any resulting losses and you remain fully liable for all activity conducted through your account during that period.

2jbeet reserves the right to close or restrict any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, is being accessed by an unauthorised third party, or is exhibiting unusual activity patterns inconsistent with the account holder's normal behaviour.

2jbeet supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC-20 network). Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed within the cashier section of your account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. 2jbeet does not impose a maximum deposit limit under standard operating conditions, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits. Deposits are credited to your 2jbeet wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider and are generally processed instantly for mobile wallet deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to 2jbeet's anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• 2jbeet processes JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within eight (8) minutes under standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests received before 21:00 Pakistan Standard Time.

Currency: All account balances, bets, and transactions on 2jbeet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the player explicitly selects a USDT wallet within the platform. No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions, eliminating exchange-rate risk for Pakistani players.

Anti-Money Laundering: 2jbeet operates in full compliance with its international gaming licence's AML requirements. Large transactions or unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence review, which may require the player to provide source-of-funds documentation before the transaction is processed. 2jbeet reserves the right to delay, refuse, or report transactions it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

All bets and wagers placed on the 2jbeet platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific, game-specific, or event-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform at the time the bet is placed.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until 2jbeet issues a bet confirmation reference number. Until such confirmation is received, the bet remains pending and may not be honoured in the event of a system error or connectivity issue.
• Palpable Errors: 2jbeet reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds arising from a typographical, technical, or human error (a "palpable error"). All such decisions are at the sole discretion of 2jbeet's trading team and are final.
• Voided Bets: If an event is abandoned, postponed, or does not meet the conditions required for settlement (as defined in the relevant sport rules), the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.
• In-Play Betting: Bets placed during a live event (in-play) are accepted subject to availability. 2jbeet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including immediately prior to a significant event in the match (goal, wicket, etc.).
• Maximum Winnings: 2jbeet may impose maximum single-bet payout limits, which vary by sport and market. Maximum payout information is displayed within the relevant betting market. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be adjusted down to the maximum permitted amount.
• Casino Games: All casino games (slots, live dealer tables, instant games) on the 2jbeet platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming infrastructure, as applicable. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are based on certified testing by independent auditors and represent theoretical long-run figures, not guaranteed per-session returns.

2jbeet's decisions regarding the outcome and settlement of any bet or casino game outcome are final, unless successfully challenged through the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

2jbeet offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentive programmes to both new and existing players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• Eligibility: Bonus offers are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the applicable promotion. 2jbeet reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where abuse of promotional offers is suspected.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through multiple accounts — is a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which are stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be turned over in qualifying bets before they become withdrawable. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the promotional period specified will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Void Bonus Conditions: 2jbeet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where it determines that a player has exploited, abused, or attempted to abuse any promotional offer, including through bet hedging, arbitrage, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jbeet platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 2jbeet reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in or facilitating prohibited conduct, to withhold or forfeit any associated funds, and to take any further legal action it deems appropriate.

• Registering more than one account per individual on the 2jbeet platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 2jbeet.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to place bets, farm bonuses, or exploit the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the 2jbeet platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting on events the outcome of which you have directly or indirectly influenced or have non-public advance knowledge of.
• Using the 2jbeet platform to launder money or engage in any financial transactions connected to illegal activity.
• Conducting any coordinated play, syndicate betting, or group wagering arrangement designed to circumvent bet limits, bonus restrictions, or any other platform rule.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 2jbeet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code or backend infrastructure of the 2jbeet platform.

2jbeet is firmly committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling for all Pakistani players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable method of generating income and should never be used as a solution to financial difficulties.

As part of its responsible gaming obligations under its international gaming licence, 2jbeet provides the following tools directly within every player's account settings:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2jbeet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 2jbeet platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 2jbeet content.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the 2jbeet platform.
• Use the 2jbeet brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from 2jbeet.

Any unauthorised use of 2jbeet's intellectual property constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal liability under applicable intellectual property and commercial law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbeet's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player to their 2jbeet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2jbeet expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the 2jbeet platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the provision of the 2jbeet platform caused by circumstances beyond 2jbeet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party payment provider failures, force majeure events, government actions, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with the security obligations set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Losses incurred during periods of scheduled or emergency platform maintenance.
• Decisions made by independent regulatory or auditing bodies in connection with the 2jbeet gaming licence.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit 2jbeet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2jbeet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the 2jbeet platform and incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By registering a 2jbeet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities at 2jbeet include:

• Identity and age verification in compliance with KYC obligations.
• Processing of transactions and maintenance of financial records as required by AML legislation.
• Fraud detection, risk management, and security monitoring.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention where patterns of harmful play are identified.
• Communication of account-related information, including transaction confirmations, security alerts, and support responses.
• Marketing communications, subject to the player's explicit consent at the point of registration or opt-in.

Your continued use of the 2jbeet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the 2jbeet platform and may request account closure through the standard process.

The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time a bet was placed governs the resolution of any dispute arising from that bet. For all other disputes, the most current published version of these Terms applies.

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jbeet holds its international gaming licence. The specific jurisdiction is disclosed in the licence information available upon request from 2jbeet support.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between a player and 2jbeet regarding a bet outcome, account decision, payment, or any other matter governed by this Agreement, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: The player must first raise the dispute with 2jbeet's customer support team via live chat, providing full details of the matter including relevant bet reference numbers, transaction IDs, and dates. 2jbeet will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with the initial support response, the dispute may be escalated to 2jbeet's compliance department by emailing a written summary to the support address on the Contact page. The compliance department will review and respond within ten (10) business days.
• Step 3 — External Adjudication: If the dispute remains unresolved following the completion of Steps 1 and 2, the player may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution service associated with 2jbeet's international gaming licence. Players agree that any legal proceedings relating to this Agreement shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the governing jurisdiction and expressly waive any right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
